WHAT IS PHI LAMBDA MU
Phi Lambda Mu International Society of Leadership and Management is a Greek Letter Organization that caters exclusively to professional leaders and managers from the organizational level, to the executive level, open to all industry and corporate professions.
The overall goal of Phi Lambda Mu is to provide leadership experience and management skills to future and aspiring leaders, college students and graduates to help evolve and prepare them for the hiring landscape.
As a member of Phi Lambda Mu, our members gain access to hiring opportunities, positional opportunities all while gaining experience and knowledge to navigate the boardroom, E-Suite, and D-Suite positions.
Our members have access to networking events, exclusive hiring boards, and hiring referrals that lead to highly sought job opportunities. Our motto "Lead, Mentor, Develop" prepare young aspiring leaders to graduate and immediately make an impact in their career fields.
MORE THAN A SOCIETY
Phi Lambda Mu is experienced with helping our members develop their leadership skillsets, become executive position ready and polishing their skill and understanding of executive leadership roles. Upon successful completion of membership courses, approved members will receive:

A ISLM corporate lapel pin. The ISLM pin is worn to recognize their membership into Phi Lambda Mu as member and ambassador of leadership worldwide.

A Phi Lambda Mu graduation stole. The graduation stole is used to display membership into ISLM during collegiate graduation ceremonies and programs.

ISLM medallion. The ISLM medallion is worn during collegiate graduation ceremonies to display membership into Phi Lambda Mu.

CERTIFICATIONS
The International Society of Leadership and Management offers globally recognized leadership certifications from floor level management, to boardroom executives, teaching the fundamental skills of personnel management, communication skills, roles and responsibilities, and leadership principles. Our courses covers the three levels of leadership and management;

Students completing any level of certification are inducted into the Greek Society of Phi Lambda Mu, dedicated to highly exclusive men and women professional leaders. Upon successful completion of your certification, students will receive 12 credit hours toward towards your degree.
